Cancel or change my order

Once your order has been validated and paid for, it is automatically prepared by our team. We therefore no longer have the possibility of acting on it and modifying it.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay securely by credit card with Strip or by paypal with your account or credit card without registration.


When is my bank account debited?

Your credit card or Paypal account is debited as soon as the order is validated.


Is payment secure?

Don’t worry! Your order on our site is totally secure via SSL and your bank details are encrypted when you connect to our payment partners Stippe or Paypal.


My payment has been refused. What should I do?

Zero pressure! First, check that all the information you have entered is correct. Remember to check the payment limit on your bank card.
You can also delete cookies or change your browser. If the problem persists, please try another card or contact your bank directly.

What are the delivery times?

Deliveries are made by the carrier of your choice, Colissimo and La Poste (lettre suivie), which give a delivery time of 48 to 72 hours.
Please note that during certain periods, deliveries may be slightly delayed. We do our utmost to deliver as quickly as possible.


Do you deliver abroad?

We deliver worldwide! International deliveries are handled by Colissimo. Delivery times and charges vary according to the destination country.


Are there customs duties to pay on my order?

We’re a French brand and we ship all our products from France! For deliveries within the European Union, there are no customs charges. If
delivery takes place in a non-EU country, and you are responsible for any taxes and customs duties.


Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has already been shipped, it is technically impossible for us to change your delivery address. Please check the address carefully before confirming your order.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary according to the carrier, and depend on your delivery address, which you should indicate before confirming payment for your purchase.

Delivery by Colissimo (without signature) at €6.90: Ideal for delivery to your letterbox, the usual delivery time is between 48 and 72 hours.

Carrier delivery from 6€: Ideal for office delivery (hand delivery), the usual delivery time is between 24h and 48h.

For international deliveries, the delivery method is Colissimo international and shipping costs start at €15.

How can I change my order?
If you wish to modify the content of your order or change the delivery address, please contact us directly via contact@.

Once your order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not currently offer an exchange service. However, you can return the product to us free of charge for a refund under certain conditions. See all the information on the “Delivery and returns” page. If you wish to receive another product, simply place a new order.


The product received is incorrect or has a defect. What should I do?

Did you report the defect when you received the order? Send us an e-mail to explain the problem, with a photo if necessary.

How long does it take to get your money back?

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt and verification of your return. An email will be sent to notify you and we will refund the product concerned to the same payment method used for your original order.
